THREE WAYS TO WIN THE CASH!

 

ACT 2008 National Recruiting Campaign Contest

 

 

  1. This recruiting campaign is open to all dues paying members of the Association of Civilians Technicians, excluding National Board members and full time employees of ACT. Three cash awards to be given away.
    1. The recruiter signing up the most new members will be eligible to win $1500.
    2. All recruiter’s (except the winner of the $1500 prize) will be eligible for the $1000 recruiting award. They will be entered in the drawing for each new member they recruit.
    3. All new members will be entered in the drawing for the $250.00 award.

 

  1. This recruiting campaign will begin on 15 Oct 2007 and end on July 15, 2008.

 

  1. The $1500 prize will automatically be awarded to the recruiter who brings in the most new members. One prize of $1000.00 and one prize of $250.00 will be awarded through a drawing. The drawing and announcement of the winners will be at the Associations fall business meeting in September 2008.

 

 

ELIGIBILITY INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Each time a dues paying member recruits a new member, they must enter their name, and address, phone #, name of new member, and chapter on the form provided and attach it to a copy of the 1187 which is to be sent to the National office ACT. The new member’s AD&D insurance form information must also be attached.

 

  1. It is imperative that chapter officials process the new 1187’s immediately to ensure that members are qualified to be entered in the drawings.

 

  1. To be eligible for either award the newly recruited members must be listed on a chapter dues withholding DFAS printout received at the national office reflecting pay periods through July 15, 2008. When the name of the new member appears on the dues withholding list received at the National office from DFAS, the recruiter will be entered in the drawing for the recruiting award. The name of the new member will then be entered in the new member drawing.
